Job Description
CMBG Advisors, Inc. is actively seeking to fill a full time Controller/Bookkeeper position. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in building the CMBG Finance Department, as well as assisting team members in related projects and other day-to-day tasks.
Responsibilities

Reports to and works closely with the President, General Counsel, and Office Manager to ensure day-to-day accounting operations are accurate, month-end closes run smoothly.

Oversees revenue cycles, AP/AR, payroll and account reconciliations.

Works to maintain our accounts by verifying, allocating and posting transactions, writing and processing checks and payments and balancing our affiliated accounts and reconciling them.
Requirements

Minimum of two years’ experience in bookkeeping and accounting operations.

Willingness to work in a collaborative environment and be a part of a synergetic team.

Adaptability and enthusiasm to learn from and work on projects outside of direct skill set.
