CMBG’s restructuring process begins with initiating meetings between the client company and its creditors with the end goal of creating an achievable plan for debt repayment. CMBG facilitates debt negotiations that prioritize benefiting both debtors and creditors. Creditors may receive higher repayment totals than if the debtor liquidated outright, and debtors can negotiate extended time to pay back debts.
